Refund Policy

Last updated: 21 June 2026

This policy explains refunds for proposal-unlock payments.

Profile Activation

Creating and activating a profile is free. Verification and listing are provided at no charge, so there is nothing to refund at this stage.

Proposal Unlock — Expiry

If you pay ₹21,999 to unlock a proposal and the other user does not pay within 5 days, the proposal expires and you may choose either option below.

Option 1 — Gift Code

• Receive a gift code for the full ₹21,999.
• Redeem it so your next approved proposal unlocks free — no additional ₹21,999 required.
• Gift codes are issued solely for use against services on Cosmik Jodi. They are not a stored-value or prepaid payment instrument, carry no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash.

Option 2 — Refund

Request a refund of ₹21,999 minus an admin-configurable platform fee. Refund requests are reviewed in the Admin Panel and processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.

How To Request

Raise a request from your account or email care@cosmikjodi.com.
